I would like to share something which is non beauty item. Have you ever had a problem to have No 2
daily? Need to sit in the toilet for ages to get No 2? This product may able to help you. I have had a problem on defecation since I was
young. Normally I don’t have No 2 on
daily basis. It does irrigate me a lot,
as I don’t feel very comfort on my stomach, as well as I do have a big
belly. I have tried to eat a lot of vegetables, drink
more water…but still did not have any improvements. I have searched the products in Wastons
(Local drugstore) to see if there is anything can help. There are some products contain a lot of
fibre either in powder form (to mix with your drinks), pills (contains the
fibre powder). However, the price is not
friendly at all. Talking about powder
drink with around 500g product cost HKD 280.
For those pills, around 30 tablets cost HKD 300. The price is insane. I know I need this product to help for a long
period of time. It is not able to afford
on monthly basis.

醫生說應該是天天都有的. 我是一個星期都沒一次的.
這個問題一定很困擾我. 一來是因為胃呀脹脹的, 很難受, 二來呀是因為一直有個小肥腩.
我嘗試由我的飲食入手, 食很多蔬菜和喝大量的開水. 可惜沒有很明顯的效果. 我曾經去屈臣氏找一些對我有幫助的產品, 比方是一些纖維素的飲料, 含有纖維的膠囊的補充劑.
找是找到的. 不過價錢一點都不便宜.
纖維素的飲料一般容量500克的是港幣280一罐.
另外30顆纖維的膠囊是大概要港幣300. 價錢真的是超昂貴的. 因為我知道我不是吃一個月就有改善的那種人,
如果長期吃的, 根本消費不起的.
I did kept searching wherever I travel.
Finally, I got this product from Boots in Thailand last month – MUCILIN HI FIBRE POWDER. It cost Baht 225 equivalent to HKD 51 per
bottle and contain 400g of the fibre powder.
It is almost 1/3
of the price than the one I found in HK Wastons but they are the same thing.
我一直都在找尋同類型的產品, 特別是我出門工作的時候. 上個月我終於在曼谷的BOOTS找到了它 – MUCILIN 高纖粉。 它的售價是泰幣２２５等同於港幣５１一罐及容量為４００克。 價格上是比香港的屈臣氏便宜了３分之一。
I have drunk it since I had it. It
does help on my defecation. I do have
improvement on that. At least, I have No 2 every two days. It does not make you feel pain and
uncomfortable at all. It just helps your
stimulate your intestine and give you a sign of No 2.
自從買了它之後，我幾乎天天都喝它， 真的可以改善我上大号的問題。 最少我每２天上一次。 比起之前一星期一次， 有一個明顯的改善。它不會令到肚子痛像肚潟一樣。 反之它會增加腸部的郁動，令到有便意。再輕鬆地排便。
The direction of the product is have 2 rounded teaspoon products to mix
with water, milk, fruit juice or any drinks.
But I don’t recommend it, as it does have orange favour. If it mixs with other drinks eg tea or milk,
the taste would be so awful, trust me, I tried it before. For me, it is a user friendly, I can put them
in a little container and bring it with me to anywhere I go.
按照產品說明每一次是２茶匙的粉， 可加入水， 奶， 果汁或其他飲料， 不過不建議加入茶或奶製品， 因為粉的味道， 如果加入茶或奶製品會令到味道變得很古怪。 相信我吧， 因為我曾經嘗試過。 嘻嘻。 另外我出門工作的話， 都會用一個小小的器皿分裝幾天的份量陪伴我出門之用。
